I seem to be missing icons across several apps, including key OS apps, in Fedora 40. See the below screenshots from the Software store app and the default Text Editor.
Am I missing a package or something?
I see you have installed GNOME Tweaks (given that you have the minimize/maximize buttons active.
Did you, by any chance, change the setting in GNOME Tweaks -> Appearance -> Styles -> Icons from the Adwaita (default) to Hicolor? With the latter setup some icons seem to be missing, with the effect you are experiencing.
