I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been facing an issue with KDE Plasma Desktop lately. When I log in, upon entering my password, an unusual phenomenon unfolds. The wallpaper briefly becomes huge and then goes back to normal, but in lower quality. Alongside this visual aberration, a cascade of crash messages bombard my screen, citing the failure of essential Plasma core components like plasma-desktop , bluedevil , and plasma-workspace .
I’m wondering if this will be fixed in Plasma 6. I’m excited about its release and hoping for a solution before Fedora 40 comes out.
