I just installed Fedora 30 on my Lenovo Yoga 720 and the wifi refuses to roam between the two access points in my home. It never had this issue on Win10 and my other laptops don’t seem to have this issue running Ubuntu.

Hi @naviathan! Welcome to the community! Please have a look at the introductory posts in the #start-here category if you haven’t had a chance to do so.
Just a guess. Please check your Wi-Fi connection properties in Gnome Settings / NetworkManager doesn’t have access point MAC specified, there’s such an option. Logically speaking it would prevent connections to another AP with the same SSID (but different mac).
