I have a Lenovo legion and I checked on the website and I found a new BIOS version for my model but on the website has only exe file. What should I do? The version I have is MACN23WW and the new one is MACN29WW. I don’t know if it’s important to get this update but is 6 version ahead.
Generally, if your computer is working fine then there is no need to update the bios. There is always a chance that an update could degrade the performance of your system and in that case it’s not always easy to recover.
If there are important security fixes in the update(s) that could be a reason to update. One recent security issue that was addressed by a number of vendors was the so-called LogoFAIL vulnerability:

For your Legion this was likely addressed in bios version MACN26WW. In this case it could be a compelling reason to update since this was a relatively serious security issue.
Having said that… if you don’t have Windows installed anymore, it could get complicated since there is no straightforward way to update the bios on linux for most Lenovo models.
The risk of actually getting hacked through a bios vulnerability as an end user is very small, so in that case the best approach might be to just do nothing. There are ways to create bootable USB bios updaters for Lenovo machines but they are quite complex and i don’t know if it would be worth the trouble and the risk of inadvertently damaging anything.

If you need to update the bios but do not have windows installed it may be possible to use a winpe device to boot a windows environment and perform the update of the bios.
