Unable to shut down/reboot/sleep system after kernel 6.7

Hi there,
I am still facing this issue since kernel 6.7. Reboot,Shutdown or Sleep hungs. On kernel 6.6 this issue was not present. Any info you need from me so I can help, please tell me.

Fedora 39 with latest kernel 6.8.4-200.fc39.x86_64 on DELL XPS 13 9320 using LUKS.

My issue is now resolved after upgrading to 6.8.5-201.fc39.x86_64
