Laptop unable to shut down, exeternal monitor sometimes disconnects, kernel

hello,

i have the issue that since around one month my external monitor attached via usb-c goes dark for around 20 seconds and then i see the picture again on it.

This does not happen in Linux Mint, so its not a hardware, but fedora issue.

This didnt happens up until around 1 or 1,5 months ago, when i never had that issue.

I was waiting for a later kernel to fix the bug, but fedora doesnt fi it.

Somebody told me to downgrade the kernel with this

https://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/yum-dnf-pin-package-versions-on-rhel-centos-rocky-oracle-almalinux.html

and this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?buildStart=200&packageID=8&buildOrder=-completion_time&tagOrder=name&tagStart=0#buildlist

But how do I find out which kernel i had installed where the bug wasnt yet introduced in start or mid july?

Also since some time the Laptop doenst shut down anymore.
Its just a black screen and bluetooth devices are still connected.

Its similar to Unable to shut down system after latest kernel update

or

But I am on the latest Kernel and the bug still exists.
