My level hasn’t updated automatically over the past few days, i was
wondering if a manual sync might be needed.

Edit: Looking at the Discourse guide, it does seem you fulfil TL2 requirements, try logging out and logging in?
Did that last night, trust level didnt change.

I think it is broken.
Since its broken, is there any way iam going to reach TL2 or just be stuck at TL1?
Maybe an admin has to manually promote me?
It is my assumption.
This issue has come up before.[1] I think Discourse is a bit conservative about what it counts. Things like replying to your own topics are not counted. I guess it is meant to be a safeguard against people gaming the system. You might have to achieve a bit more than the stated criteria if some of your posts and replies are not really being counted because they are consistently with yourself or with just a few people.

But, i have only created one Topic so far(this itself), so i think replying to my own topics is not an issue here.
I’m not familiar with the algorithm, but there might be other things that would work against you. It might not be counting short replies, for example. Something like a flagged post might even count against you if that has ever happened.
Anyway, yeah, I’d give it a bit more time.
I can say that someone was promoted 13 hours ago to TL2, so it is not generally broken. At the same time, I can see that you fulfill the requirements that are documented upstream. But I cannot see if in the meantime someone made changes to TL2 requirements in our settings (that’s site admin only). Nothing was communicated to us though 
If it is ok for you, I would wait a few days just to see if the system promotes you at some point (?). Maybe there is currently some delay contained. There used to be issues that could cause delays. If it doesn’t work, I can promote you manually, and then we can see if we need to file a bug, but first check with site admins if someone made changes to TL2 requirements.
The general problem at the moment is that a lot of things are going on, which occupies people and everyone has to prioritize what to do when 
So if promotion to TL2 does not happen in a few days (let’s say Friday?), I would do the promotion manually, and then someone can create a ticket in our forge repo about it, so that it ends up in the workflow and some site admin can check once one of them can spare a minute. Let’s hope it doesn’t come so far, but be sure you’ll get your TL2

According to a message I found in another thread, additional requirements like ‘Topics viewed’ and ‘Posts read’ might also be causing the issue.
Yeah, that’s indeed part of the requirements. But he fulfilled them too
