A quick Google shows that your laptop has some known issues unless you pass noacpi; however, that seems to break suspend (though some people had suspend broken without that as well). You can see this giant Launchpad bug for some more info. Are you booting with any custom kernel arguments right now?

Also, if you have Windows still installed, could you try a firmware upgrade? There have been some reports that a recent one fixes many of these issues.

After upgrade my firmware to the last version and the problem still be, my computer is Acer Aspire 3 A315-21-92WY

Passsing acpi=off to kernel, the problem changes to a frozeen gnome login manager frozen screen instead old miss-functional screen.
