Hi,
Over the past two months I’ve been trying out Fedora after using Windows and during my time using it I keep encountering an issue some of the time when I wake my computer after it has been suspended. This issue being it freezes. Most of the time when this happens I’m able to login and within a minute my computer freezes with the only way to use it again being holding the power button and forcing my computer to restart. Other times I’m not even able to login just get to the login screen and my computer freezes.
If someone could help me fix this issue I would be greatly appreciative.
The specs of my computer are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 3700X
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max Wifi
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 3070
Have you installed the nvidia drivers from rpmfusion?
Please install inxi and run inxi -Fzxx then post those results by copy & paste the text; marking that text with the preformatted text tags (the </> button on the toolbar of the text input screen)
I’ve gone through the link and installed the driver though had already done so for the akmod-nvidia driver.
Something I should have put in my original post is that I’m using KDE Plasma as my DE.
