Request to add Kabyle language to Fedora

Hello Fedora Community,

I’m new here

I’d like to request the addition of the Kabyle language to Fedora. What are the requirements and steps needed to make this happen?

Mozilla Firefox is shipped with Kabyle language support as well as LibreOffice and GNOME.

I have a Weblate account on Fedora Translate platform and I’ve already downloaded the langpacks to check how the langpacks are built on Rawhide.

Anaconda is not yet fully translated to Kabyle.

Kabyle language uses kab as code language but on GNU/Linux we use alternatively kab_DZ.

Thanks!

You could try filing a bug at bugzilla.redhat.com, as an RFE (request for enhancement). You have to create an account, then navigate through the menus to get to Fedora.
