Noto fonts and font managment in Immutable Distros

Hello- not sure if I am in the right place. I run Aurora, and the Noto fonts are overwhelming the font menus in graphics programs such as Inkscape, Scribus and darktable. I’ve tried solving the issue with advice from the Aurora forum, with no success. The font manager included with the distro doesn’t seem to work. Any way to get rid of all this font clutter?

Try Ubuntu forums. Or remove the package Noto fonts…
