No sound below 60% with USB headset

I’m having a bit of a weird issue with my headset. It’s a Logitech H600 USB headset and any volume below 60% is silent. It’s kind of like it only starts at 60%, because after that, it gets louder like normal. Is there any way to fix this? I tried it with both pipewire and pulseaudio, but the issue’s the same on both.
