USB Headset Creative Labs SXFI Gamer with virtual 5.1 and 7.1 audio problems when Reboot/Startup

So I have switched from windows 11 to Bazzite then Pop OS now on Fedora. On Bazzite the problem was not noticeable but on PopOS and Fedora it is. When I installed fedora I noticed the headset in sound settings showed only Analog Stereo but it worked left and right both had sounds no problem that was on Kernel 6.11. All I had to do was unplug my headset from the frontcase usb and plug it back in and it showed up with all the extra channels 5.1, 7.1 etc. Why did I have to unplug and plug back in every time I started the computer or rebooted? I dunno friggin Linux.
With 6.12.13 Kernel update I noticed in some games I had no sound and I had to go to sound settings, click test audio and noticed that only FL and FR worked but the others didn’t until I switched audio setting to 5.1 or Analog Stereo and back then every channel worked.
With 6.12.15 Kernel Update the sound when starting up was muted and if I click unmute it mutes it back in a nano second, and set on Analog Stereo, and when I unplug replug the usb 5.1 and 7.1 show up but sound is still muted until I change to analog stereo and back to 7.1. How can I fix this so that:
A. Fedora detects 7.1 and 5.1 at startup without having me to replug the usb headset back in. B. Fedora stops muting Analog Stereo at least so I just have to replug the usb if I can’t fix A.

I tried uninstalling pipewire just to be confronted that I made the huge mistake of installing gnome and gnome relies on pipewire and is protected and now gnome is a cancer that cannot be removed.
