PipeWire 5.1 surround outputs all wonky & USB 7.1 headset showing only Stereo

Can someone point me down the right path with PipeWire please, there are two issues.

The first is that the 5.1 surround sound outputs are all out of whack, RL is FC etc.

When I try to mess with the outputs in qpwgraph they don’t show the gnome-control-centre object for me to connect them to unless I use the test sound in the settings.

The second issue is that the 7.1 surround USB headset that I have only shows as stereo and gives no drop down list to activate 7.1 surround sound.

How do I get gnome-control-centre to show in the graph editor? or an I attacking this the wrong way around?

And how can I change the USB to show the 7.1 surround sound that it supports, it’s a ReDragon H510 Gaming Headset.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Paul

P.S. it was not clear anywhere that pipewire is installed by default in Fedora now. That should be noted in the Sound section of the settings for transparency (at the very least hidden in a little (?) icon.

Is this not activated from the inline USB Box that comes with the headset ? I say that because I own a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition THX 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset. The adjustments come from the inline USB Box.

If you connected it to an Xbox or PSX device, you would have to do that to get the expected sound result, different on all consoles. . . Remember a headset producing 7.1 -like sound out of only 2 speakers ( you headset) is virtual surround sound technology rather than having physical speakers for each channel.
