Not sure how to correct this. Can someone walk me through the fix?

At the moment that libheif-freeworld package has not been updated so when fedora attempts to update the newer packages from the fedora repo it blocks with version conflicts due to dependencies.

You should be able to ignore that message and libheif will be updated as soon as rpmfusion is able to provide the updated libheif-freeworld package. As an alternative remove that package (which will allow the fedora packages to update) and plan to reinstall it if needed after the new version is released.

When it comes down to RPM Fusion packages, we only have 2 options:

  1. patience (wait)
  2. radical (remove)

You’re not alone. Many of us use them for various reasons.
I had a quick chat with Z, then I noticed an interesting observation by @rosti here.

An updated libheif-freeworld is expected to be available from rpmfusion on Thursday (three days time).

Appears the update was released today! Many thanks for the helpful replies.
