KSystemLog BUG (broken)

Operating System: Fedora Linux 38
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.106.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9
Kernel Version: 6.2.15-300.fc38.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NV136

Tested both:
ksystemlog-23.04.1-1.fc38.x86_64
ksystemlog-22.12.3-1.fc38.x86_64

The OK and APPLY buttons do not work when attempting to make a change in the KSystemLog settings.

Settings->Configure KSystemLog…

The buttons remain greyed out at all times.

ALSO:
KSystemLog is missing from the Discover Application Explorer. However, it is available through dnf repo.

Just out of curiosity, are you running this as sudoer? It likely needs greater than norma user level to be able to change anything.

I’ve launched the app in two ways:

  1. Click to open in GUI where the app then prompts me for my login creds.

  2. From command line $ sudo ksystemlog

In either case, those buttons remain greyed out.
