Konica Minolta drivers in F40

Hello I have some problem when i try install konica minolta driver in F40.

  1. When install
Installation procedure for Konica Minolta drivers is starting.
**************************************************************

Search for Cups Configuration files.
Search in /etc/cups/cups-files.conf for DataDir and ServerBin directives.
DataDir: /usr/share/cups
ServerBin: /usr/lib/cups
check PPD folder: /usr/share/cups/model
PPD folder /usr/share/cups/model found
check filter folder: /usr/lib/cups/filter
filter folder /usr/lib/cups/filter found
Installation aborted ...
  1. When i manually copied PPD to
/usr/share/cups/model/

then i have error - filter failed

Anyone installed correctly this driver on F40 or have some idea why this not work?

Ok i found solution/workaround

  1. Download and extract Konica Minolta drivers

  2. Install

perl-FindBin
perl-Digest-SHA
  1. Copy two filters files
KMbeuEmpPS.pl
KMbeuEnc.pm

to

/usr/lib/cups/filter/

and change owner and group to root and chmod to 755 for this files

chown root:root
chmod 755
  1. All PPD files copy to
/usr/share/cups/model/
