hello guys i want to know if i install fedora on razer blade 18 laptop with intel 14gen and gpu rtx4090 is there any problem or not thanks 
In most cases probably not.
With that GPU you certainly will want to use the nvidia drivers installed from rpmfusion, and there may be other hardware that is new enough to have driver issues. You will be able to test it by booting from the live install media and verifying that all the hardware is supported before installation.
To boot with that GPU it may be necessary to select the troubleshooting option and then boot with basic graphics to do the install.
