Ibus NOT working in Sway Atomic, but it is working in Kinoite

Hi,

I’ve tried both Kinoite and Sway Atomic, and IBus is working in Kinoite, but it it is not working in Sway Atomic. How can I get it to work in Sway Atomic? When I run ibus-setup in Sway Atomic, it states that ibus-daemon is not running (which I then select to run), but hen after that it says that “IBus daemon could not be started in 5 seconds.” How should I get IBus to work in Sway Atomic?

Also, IBus was working in Sericea 38, but then it stopped working in Sericea 39. I rolled back to Sericea 38, but then eventually one of the updates (rpm-ostree upgrade) stopped IBus working in Sericea 38, so then I went to Sericea 39 and figured I would wait until Sericea 40 (which obviously didn’t pan out). Any tips?
