Do you mean that you do not understand what is seen when booting from the USB image that you downloaded? or that you have already installed it and do not understand what you are now seeing.
When booting from the live usb image it always opens up with an image of the installation tool so you can quickly begin the install. If you have already installed it then we need more info.
If you need assistance in installing fedora let us know that as well.

i already installed Fedora, when i boot up my pc and log into my account it opens spectacle and software store.
oh i solved it in system settings i think translation of it is start with an empty session.
