We need a lot more information.
What do you see on the screen after you power on?
Bios? Grub menu? Fedora splash screen?
What happens if you type ESC? Do you see boot messages?
It boots to grub then I select fedora, splash screen and then It gets stuck. I tried installing again and result is same. Nothing happens with esc. I can only shutdown with power button.
I moved monitor cables from nvidia3090 to integrated graphics and result is same. This time there is no logo just black screen. Does this shows this is not a graphic driver issue?
Same result with rescue mode. I tried ctrl+alt+3 and del
Installation media was working perfectly.
Okay I couldn’t solve this but updated to 40 beta and there is no longer any problem.
Glad you have Fedora 40 working. Some newer hardware is not properly supported by the F39 installer images, so F40 can be a better choice. It may help others if you post the hardware details (output from running inxi -Fzxx
in a terminal and posted as preformatted text using the </>
button) as searchable text.

Thanks for the inxi
results. Formatting still needs a bit of work. There </>
is one of the buttons across the top of the message entry panel, so you just select the text and click on the </>
button. It just brackets the selected text with triple-backquotes, so you can also replace the </>
's with triple backquotes (on new lines) before and after the text that is to be pre-formatted.
Thank you for teaching I edited it.
