Fedora picks up bluetooth headset but not microphone

I have a similar issue to this issue

I have a bluetooth headset which works fine as a set of headphones but Fedora doesn’t seem to detect the microphone at all.

The headphones are CSR iStar 6014BT. The headphones are picked up under Bluetooth Devices:

but the microphone in the headset is not shown at all:

There is no option to change the profile, as suggested in the link to the post above:

Not sure what else to look at.

I’ve got same problem here with Fedora 32 and Apple Airpods 2 and the volume is really really low.

i have the same problem, the volume is very low, and not reconognize the mic,.
I use fedora 33, xorg, x86_64
