Fedora 33 - wireless bluetooth mic issue

I am unable to use a bluetooth microphone (as input, built into a wireless headset), but the speakers (as output, built into a wireless headset) do work. Could someone shed some light for how to configure bluetooth on Fedora 33 to enable both input and output to work on it? Here is some useful information:

This is running on a Dell Latitude laptop as well.

I know from own experiences that audio inclusive mic is a bit a tricky thing. Not just in fedora i always had troubles with my desktop and with my dell notebook.
