Clicks (on trackpad) on Dell XPS keep becoming unresponsive

Hello! I recently switched to Fedora on my main workstation after only using linux on my homelab servers. Ever since i installed debian (which i tried first) my trackpad would just randomly stop clicking out of nowhere and it would take about a minute of clicking on it or waiting for it to come back to life. Everything else works as normal, i can move around and use the computer with the only exception of clicking on the touchpad.

Please excuse me as I’m fairly new to DE’s and Linux in itself, i mostly only used ubuntu to run file servers, vpns, and minecraft servers in the past, so while I know some basic knowledge please bare with me.

I have the same issue, Fedora 41 XPS 15 9530
