XPS 13 9370 doesn't detect Thunderbolt Dock's (Dell TB16) screens

Just installed Fedora 31, using Gnome3.

As you can see, tb dock is already enrolled :

I can use the wireless kb & mouse, but the (3) screens are not detected.
Have you some clues to help me ?

Previously on Ubuntu 19.10 and working (not perfectfly but i had the 3 screens !)

When i boot some screens are used.

It was well recognized, it just don’t auto set the 2nd & 3rd screen, just have to set manually.
