So I just had to rollback from latest kernel 6.17.8-300.f43.x86_64 to 6.17.7-300.f43.x86_64 because it broke the wifi and bluetooth drivers for my Dell Xps 13 (intel 12th generation).
If anyone is struggling all you need to do is reboot, when the logo appears hold shift (this should bring up a GRUB menu with the current kernel as well as previous versions) and then select a previous working kernel. This is temporary and it is recommended to update once this is fixed.
