webcam : logitech c920 HD with microphone included.

Installed guvcview by:

sudo dnf install guvcview

audio controls, guvcview

I have tryed with some combinations without success.
In Cheese (webcam app) the recorded video has audio only the video isn’t sharp

Any advice is welcome, thanks.

You could ask the developer if he checked it already for Gnome 40.0

Do you have the pipewire-pulsaudio library installed?
Here the link how to do it:

I had more or less the same problem as you. I know it sounds strange but on Fedora Silverblue I found that for some reason, if I don’t turn the microphone volume on the webcam to the maximum, it doesn’t record anything. But it works fine!
