Usb wifi adpater driver

Hello! I have bought a USB wifi adpater Bus 001 Device 011: ID 0b05:184c ASUSTek Computer, Inc. 802.11ac NIC
But since it is not working I feel like I need to install drivers. However, another usb wifi driver i bought for a cheap price is working without any drivers but poorly. Can anyone suggest where to get drivers and how to get them installed? would really appreciate your attention and help!
