How to install Wifi driver?

I need to install this driver GitHub - RinCat/RTL88x2BU-Linux-Driver: Realtek RTL88x2BU WiFi USB Driver for Linux for my usb Wifi adapter. How can I do it?

Just in case needed here is the output of lsusb:

I intentionally started different thread because now I switched to Fedora Workstation. I just do not want to confuse anyone with incorrect information about the distro that I use.

The Linux Hardware Database (LHDB) for this adapter has a list of drivers to consider that includes and also some user comments. You may find these helpful, and once you get it working, submitting a probe and comments may help others with similar hardware.
