1.4 is not the version of the nvidia driver. The current nvidia driver is the last one shown there, → 515.57 You should not have any of the other versions shown installed.
It looks to me like you are using a flatpak and not the rpm packages, thus the org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-515-57 names seen there.
Hi, do not use this graphical interface to update which always has some problem;
you can use command in terminal:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
