It times-out or endlessly loads. I have no idea how I’m able top access Discourse here. Is anyone else experiencing this? Interestingly, something similar is occuring to GNOME, per Unable to access `GitLab.GNOME.org` - Site Feedback - GNOME Discourse.
…It works now, like at Unable to access `GitLab.GNOME.org` - #2 by rokejulianlockhart - Site Feedback - GNOME Discourse. Considering that I did actually get an error from the server there, at least I’m not crazy.
You’re not crazy at all. 
There seems to have been some sort of network ‘event’ between our main
datacenter and some proxies. ;(
It cleared up pretty quickly… sorry for the issue.
