Hello everyone. I would like some advice on how to proceed with the operation of my touchpad. I am having frequent problems.
I’m running Fedora 39. My machine is an Acer Aspire 514-54G. I’m using Wayland. With each new update, the touchpad becomes slow and/or Gnome 45’s 2 and 3 finger gestures are no longer recognised. After a while the problem resolves itself, but a new update appears and it stops working again.
Libinput recognises the touchpad, but according to the terminal, all settings related to the touchpad have been changed, and even the settings considered active do not work.
