Is there a way (an app) to configure the touchpad gestures?

That’s a good app, but is there an in-built Fedora app? Do you know, where is the configuration file for the Fedora 34 default touchpad gestures?

EDIT: It is a X11 app, not good for Wayland.

I don’t have a touchpad, so it is hard to tell, but anything not in GNOME Settings or GNOME tweaks may not be configurable. GNOME just got a major overhaul, so setting like that may not be apparent yet,
