The three finger swipe up shortcut to access the dock is broken on my thinkpad t14s current version of my system is Fedora Linux 36 (Workstation Edition), Gnome 42.2

“Broken” means that it used to work for you on that laptop? Or did you try it for the first time and it’s not working?
If the answer is the latter, than you may have an issue with your hardware and libinput. At least, this is the explanation I gave to my problem last year:
