I’m seeing this, too, from time to time…
…and was also wondering where this is coming from 
Usually this message pops up after an update with a kernel image involved (Software tells me about new updates available, I tell Software to install them, Software downloads the updates, reboots into update mode, then reboots into Gnome, then the non-reportable system failure message is popping up).
Maybe it is a bug in how the OS (or some component) identify things as a system failure?
My situation is the same as you. And it has no impact on daily use.
