What i need to do

There is a similar report with different hardware.

Does the system boot with an older kernel or a Live Installer USB? Are you dual booting another OS?

It often helps to have system and error details posted as text to help others with similar issue find this topic so we can look for the common underlying cause.

Transcribing from the image:

pcieport 0000:00:1d:0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Ucorrectable (Non-Fatal), type=Transaction Layer, (Receiver ID)
pcieport 0000:00:1d:0:   Device [8086:06b0] error status/mask=00200000/00010000

Please check the above for transcription mistakes and post the summary of your hardware by running inxi -Fzxx in a terminal (posting as searchable pre-formatted text using the </> button from the top line of the text entry panel).

It is also possible that during the faulty update process initramfs for kernel 6.10.5 (probably part of the upgrade) didn’t get created. You can check this with ls -ld /boot/*6.10.5*.

You mentioned that you can boot into an older kernel, so the following is assuming you can start a console there:

It appears that something went wrong creating the initramfs, these commands can provide some additional information about the contents and the free space of the boot disk:

$ ls /boot
$ df /boot

If the free space is not the problem, regenerating the initramfs manually may be a resolution:

$ dracut --kver 6.10.5-200.fc40.x86_64 --force

Any errors issuing that command can provide more information as well.
