Steam Overlay don't shown (or minimize game)

Hello!

Steam Overlay don’t shown when hold Shift+Tab.
When using Steam Big Picture mode, the overlay shown, but minimizes games (not intuitive if you’re far from keyboard and can’t press Alt+Tab to return to game. And some games bug when you Alt+Tab then).

I use hybrid Intel+Nvidia.

On KDE plasma with AMD GPU and steam from RPMfusion.
I used Dishonored 2 for the test.

In big picture mode Alt-TAB leave the games running under the overlay.
A second Alt-TAB took me back to the game.

I could also use the “Xbox” button on my controller to enter and exit
the overlay.

I can’t do Alt+Tab on controller. I press Home button and game minimizes. I need to get up from the chair, walk to my keyboard, press Alt+Tab, get back to chair and back to game.

I’ve not looked but does Steam allow you to configure the button on your controller that invokes the overlay?
