Steam overlay has terrible lag on Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition)

So what can I do about this? The problem has been there for a few weeks. Debian and Gentoo (flatpak) didn’t have this problem.

What version of fedora?
Is it fully updated?
Is steam installed as a flatpak or was it installed as rpm from rpmfusion?
