Screen flicker after updating from kernel 6.12.4

Hi! Ever since i updated to the 6.12.6 and 6.12.7 kernel,my screen would flicker going faster and faster after each flicker until eventually going black after suspending (amd).
But if i downgrade to 6.12.4 kernel the flickering issues after suspending would disappear.
The flicker has the same behaviour in X11 and Wayland.
It even happens on SDDM.

My Specs(that i think maybe help on the situation):
CPU:AMD Ryzen 3 5300U with Radeon Graphics
GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics (RADV RENOIR)
Distro: Fedora KDE Spin (what other distro could it be lol)

What should i do? Where should i report this issue?

Switching the power profile to performance is a workaround.
The 6.12.7 kernel update resolved the issue for some, but not others.

Switching the power mode the performance fixed it. ily man :sob:
