My PC on Fedora 43 has a NVIDIA Corporation GK208B [GeForce GT 710] which is giving problems running KDE as its very dated.
Steve Flynn recommended the following cards AMD Radeon PRO WX 3200, Radeon RX 6500 XT and Radeon RX6600.
I would be grateful for any more suggestions for a non NVIDIA Graphics Cards circa £100
A discrete GPU in that price range is going to be tough. What do you want to do with it? Games, web browsing, office work, …?
I would suggest you also take a look at Intel based GPUs. They are typically slightly cheaper than AMD ones, but open-source driver support is way better than Nvidia.

And since the GT 710 is over 10 years old, I take it your CPU is from a similar time and doesn’t have a usable integrated GPU? For anything you list, integrated graphics would probably be fine as well.
If that’s the case, I would go with one of the cheapest AMD RX 6x00 or Intel Arc A310 cards you can find. Both are a bit older, but can be found for 120-150 EUR, which is only slightly more than 100 quid.
Note: with AMD, you could go back further in time to save a bit more, but this would run the risk of issues in the future when fewer people work on the drivers for older cards.
I’m not so sure modern GPUs will work well in a probably 13+ years old system. The system’s BIOS most likely won’t support “Resizeable BAR”.

If I remember correctly, though, this should only really affect 3D performance and mostly for Intel ARC. I wouldn’t expect a noticable difference for desktop performance, especially on an older system, which might have other bottlenecks, too.
Modern desktops run on vulkan, so it may matter quite a lot.
Never tried that. I’d rule out Intel ARC GPUs, and maybe try to find an older AMD GPU.
Also to consider are the higher requirement for the PSU.
If it will work the 6500 will be way over spec for what you need and it is 100 pounds in Australia, probably about 20 percent more in UK Asus Radeon RX 6500 XT Dual OC 4G Graphics Card (DUAL-RX6500XT-O4G) - msy.com.au
Otherwise, I would pick up something 5ish years old, second hand. As long as you are not doing games, pretty much anythiing will be adequate.
On AMD, the performance difference from resizable BAR that I remember is under 10% at 1080p and progressively less at higher resolutions. An older generation card will probably be more than 10% slower, due to the older architecture, not quite active driver development and fewer supported API features.
@plisgynmawr all those gfx cards are fine, but please note that they require a more powerful power supply,
