I have setup my fedora gnome configuration for Remote Desktop but I can’t access it using my iPad where I’m trying to connect it with RealVNC apps. How can I solve this or is there have any alternative for this??
TigerVNC can create headless VNC sessions, but it requires Xorg.
GNOME Remote Desktop can work with Wayland/Xorg in 2 different modes:
- Desktop Sharing - user service that allows to share already running seat-based sessions with RDP/VNC.
- Remote Login - system service that can start new headless sessions with RDP.
You may need to use a different client as they are not equally compatible.
