Refresh rate stuck at 60hz (Lenovo Legion 5)

I’ve installed Fedora on my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop, but can’t find a way to change the refresh rate to anything higher than 60 (should be 144). I’ve been trying to fix this for hours but haven’t found a solution. I’ve installed the drivers for Nvidia but their settings program doesn’t show up with a refresh rate higher than 60 either. I’ve tried xrandr, but it gives no output back and doesn’t update my refresh rate. I’ve tried updating my grub settings, which didn’t do anything. Let me know if any terminal outputs are needed.
