Raise # of links per post for new users from 2 to 10

Hi all, I wanted to point out a restriction in place for new users:

I could not provide the link to the e-book as Discourse limits the number of links I can include here (I understand this is spam protection but isn’t there a way to bypass this restriction for CLA+1 users?)

Is it possible to raise the limit of URLs to 10? The setting is newuser max links (screenshot from another site below). This would be helpful for the new GSoC / Outreachy applicants getting started with using the site.

Yeah, I raised this to 10. Really, it seems like the ideal thing to do would be to have CLA+1 users come in at a trust level “basic user” rather than “new user”.
