The console fonts that ship with Fedora (in /usr/lib/kbd/consolefonts
) are limited to 16px in height, which are too small and practically unreadable on high DPI screens. Other distributions, like Arch Linux, have fonts up to 32px in height, and I think up to 64px would be even better for people with poor eyesight.
I know the Linux console is not a big focus of Fedora, but when things are really broken it would be preferable if I could read what’s on the screen without squinting.
