At Mint, Manjaro, KDE Neon, Kubuntu the problems are not and I am now away from Fedora to Manjaro.

The main reason you might see these kinds of issues with Fedora vs other distros is because Fedora stays very close to the latest kernel builds and tends to release them quickly so that the community has an opportunity to see what is coming …
The main thing you will find with Fedora as well is that it might break first but it gets fixed pretty fast as well … and there is this great community of Fedora users that is willing to help you, and in many cases, will actually volunteer their time to do so.
Hopefully you will have the kind of experiences with Linux that you are looking for with those other distros … we’ll still be here for you when you decide to give Fedora another try
