my Graphic card Is " amd radeon hd 7480d " , and the drivers is installed and works well .

Does the system start fine after a while, or you’re stuck at this screen? Have you installed Workstation or some other variant? There’s nothing “wrong” with this startup screen, it’s just not as pretty as the one that should be showing. It might be related to your old GPU, yes. But it’s not “broken”.
If you remove rhgb
from the GRUB menu, it will show lots of startup messages instead of the graphical screen.
