Disable the conflicting repo

sudo dnf config-manager --set-disabled fedora-multimedia

fedora-multimedia is a bad repo as it replaces fedora system libs and conflicts with rpmfusion.

You have the 560 driver installed but nvidia-smi which comes from the xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda package expects the 555 driver. Having mismatched driver packages will cause such errors.

You must have either all the 560 packages or all the 555 packages since mixing versions is a recipe for disaster.

We need to know how you installed the 560 drivers.
We also need to know which repos are enabled.
Please post the result of dnf repolist and dnf list installed \*nvidia\* so we can determine the path forward to eliminate the version inconsistency.

i didn’t do something to update drivers, i just run software gui update and dnf update

I do not see the fedora-multimedia repo enabled yet you seem to have installed the akmod-nvidia and nvidia-kmod-common packages from that repo.

To me it seems the simplest fix may be to replace the akmod-nvidia package (version 560) with the one from rpmfusion (version 555), which should also remove the nvidia-kmod-common package (and the kmod-nvidia packages with the 560 version number).
sudo dnf downgrade akmod-nvidia --allowerasing should manage that.
If it attempts to do more than I stated just above then do not accept the change and let us know what is shown as the changes it wants to do.

Then we will take the hard route.

  1. sudo dnf remove \*nvidia\* --exclude nvidia-gpu-firmware
  2. sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda Make sure that it is installing the 555.58 driver versions.
  3. wait at least 5 minutes for everything to complete updating
  4. dnf list installed kmod-nvidia\* to confirm that the new kmod-nvidia shows the 555 version number
  5. reboot
