I have no clue how the fedora-multimedia repo became involved, but the packages from there did not work with the other packages that had different versions.
And i will be very grateful if you can give advice about this problem Connection of monitors stoped working
it seems display link was from fedora-multimedia
That is a different topic, but display link is not a direct fedora package.
AFAIK the nvidia driver and your GPU are capable of supporting multiple monitors without extra packages from 3rd party repos.
I suspect that removing display link will now allow the monitors to work though I suggest that you post this fix information in that thread.
What do you find when you run dnf list installed | grep fedora-multimedia

evdi looks like it
Did you by chance install the Multimedia group?
That list looks suspiciously like the multimedia group rather than a repo and from it some of the packages do not seem quite right.
For example I just did an update a short time ago and I have ffmpeg 6.1.2-1 while you show 6.1.2-2
All my gstreamer-plugins… packages are 1.24.6 and yours are different.
You have libavcodec but the fedora version is libavcodec-free and the rpmfusion version is libavcodec-freeworld.
In other words, something is seriously different than I would expect for most of those packages.
First I suggest running sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
and see what it does for you. Then repeat this listing to see if there are any changes.
Looking around a bit it seems the fedora-multimedia repo may exist as part of the negativo17 site. Not certain but it looks that way right now.
There are many who really dislike that site.

Now hdmi works btw
But i need to connect 2 monitors with lenovo dock with displaylink
Displaylink is a separate issue
This topic was already solved with the nvidia card.
Please open a new thread for displaylink and remember to not break the nvidia driver as they are…
I have to close for tonight. Rather late already.
The Releases page has RPM packages including one for Fedora 40 that “works for me”. Download the Fedora 40 package and then sudo dnf install fedora-40-displaylink-1.14.6-1.github_evdi.x86_64.rpm
.
