Number of issues after upgrade to f38

The list is:
1 - Visual bugs in vs code\azure data studio\firefox. Menu on right click is black until you move the mouse. After some time screen starts flickering on scroll\tab change.

Firefox does not get black menu, but has same flickering issue on scroll\tab change.

2 - Discord\Webcord problems.
Discord input only in private messages is lagging for a second, making typing extremly difficult. Issue appears after some time after using discord. Again - seen this behaviour after update on f38.
Sharing screen feature is and was always broken on discord, but it was working on webcord in f37. It does not in f38. Screen is always black for everybody.

3 - Kde after some time of use freezes.
It does it after some time of use, reloading kde fixes the issue, until it appears again.

4 - Least important - Brightness has weird behavior.
If I change it seems if I set brightness for 5% - it translates it to .5 because on 10% I have maxximum brightness. But when it goes to 15% - brightness goes to from 1.0 to 0.15 level.
Its minor, some strange behavior appears when screen deems to inactivity, - it does not - due to such behavior its sets max brightness. Again, observed only after upgrade to f38.

I have looked into journalctl, I do not have much expirience here, but I see tens of thousands of same record

Also - there is SETroubleshoot

SELinux is preventing gdb from read access on the chr_file nvidiactl.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that gdb should be allowed read access on the nvidiactl chr_file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'gdb' --raw | audit2allow -M my-gdb
# semodule -X 300 -i my-gdb.pp
