No Wi-Fi on Macbook

So I installed fedora 31 KDE on an external ssd. It’s working good, but I have a problem.

For some odd reason, on the macbook that i plugged the ssd into, there was no internet when using fedora.

I also noticed this issue when trying out elementary OS.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Thanks in advance. :slightly_smiling_face:

Can you specify what Wireless card it is?
(lspci -v, search for Wireless or a such;  post “Kernel driver*” lines too, please).

i believe it is the broadcam bcm4331.

Probably you can find the required stuff in a package coming from the rpmfusion repository.
To keep it simple, you should connect the computer using a wired connection, then install the rpmfusion free and non-fre repositories and then the broadcom-wl package. (Maybe).
